Deep cherry red in colour with garnet nuances. Powerful, intense and complex on the nos, very ripe red and woodland fruits, blackberries, raspberries, with spices, well-defined mineral touches and hints of toasty-ness from the ageing process. As the wine enters the mouth it is voluminous, silky and glyceric with mature, well-blended tannins; it has a powerful finish notable for its fruit, notes of cocoa and coffee and mineral hints with a long and very persistent ending that rounds off the elegance and refinement of this wine.

Both varieties of grapes used in the blend of Clos Les Fites Blanc are assembled prior to fermentation. Once assembled, the blend ferments in oak barrels at a controlled temperature of 14°C. The blend  remains in the same barrel for 4 months. During all the ageing process, a weekly pumping over is performed. Once bottled, the wine is bottle-aged another two to three years in the cellar.

This blend of Garnacha, Carinyena and Cabernet Sauvignon is for us the perfection of wine. It has the incredible complexity and character of the best Prioratos, but instead of being big in our face which comes naturally with their grapes, it is tamed to a fine, elegant wine, with power. Worht every single panny and  more! Fites are rudimentary columns made of stones.  Since the 12th century, fites were used as landmarks. After building the monastery Mas Dels Frares in 1450, the Monks of Scala Dei built many fites all around the property and all around the vineyards in order to delimit their land from their neighbour?s. This land was called Priorat. this wine can be aged for about ten years.

This top cuvee blend of Garnacha, Carinena and Cabernet Sauvignon is aged for 18 months in brand new Allier 300 L extra fine grain oak barrels. (Barrel made exclusively for La Perla del Priorat by Tonnerliers Cadus and Demptos). Once assembled and bottled, the wine is bottle-aged a minimum of four years in the cellar. Decanting is strongly recommended Serve at 18ºC. This wine can be aged for between 10 to 20 years.

Red cherry color with lila nuances. Intense nose, great complexity as red fruit notes appear, especially strawberry and cherry, then evolving to blackberry and fig. Slight notes of toast from the "crianza" in french oak barrels. Fine and fresh in mouth, great balanced structure, minerality, and an elegant long lasting taste. 

In this blend of Garancha and Carinena, the two autoctonous grape varieties of Priorat, one half will express the complexity and elegance of an oak-aged wine and the other half will provide the fruitiness and freshness of a ?fruit forward? wine. This beautiful and complex wine which after 5 years is showing incredible fruit expression and amazing structure and even more ageing potential.

This wine is made from 85% Merlot and 15% Carmenere. It is fermented at a low controlled temperature to maintain the intense red fruit and flower aromas as well as its freshness and softness on the palate.

You could be forgiven for thinking that you are drinking a good Cru Bourgeois. Well structured with intense blackcurrant, elegant minerality and hints of spice derived from new French Oak barrels.

A well made, modern Chardonnay made in an international style. Youthful, well balanced with complex flavours of peaches, citrus fruit, pineapple and a hint of vanilla.
