TASTING NOTES

Pale yellow with a green hue. Intense aromas of tropical fruits and notes of green capsicum, typical of young Sauvignon Blanc. A light-bodied, fruit driven, dry white wine with crisp acidity and an overall sense of freshness. Passion fruit flavours combined with citrus notes and green capsicum stay throughout the palate and lead to a well balanced medium to long finish.
