PRODUCTION

This Chardonnay is fermented and aged on lees during 8 months in new French oak barrels. 100% malolactic fermentation in oak.

TASTING NOTES

Golden yellow colour with green flashes. Intense aromas of apple and pear stand out, with mineral hints.

The palate is buttery and unctuous and the vanilla provided by the oak is well integrated. Long and persistent finish.
