ORIGIN: Paraje Altamira, Mendoza, Argentina.
ALTITUDE: 1100 m.a.s.l. (3600 feet)
SOIL: Shallow soil, mostly sandy of aluvial origin
with abundant presence of rocks. Old vines
block of Chardonnay
YIELD: 7500 kilograms per hectárea. Manual harvest
in 15 kilograms bins.
FERMENTATION: In stainless steel tanks, whole cluster press,
spontaneous fermentation with indegenous
yeast. Natural process no intervention.
AGEING: 6 months in stainless steel tanks moving its
own fine lees.
Bottles made: 3,700
