NARBONA Pinot Noir 2013
This wine is the result of cutting two clones of the Pinot Noir variety, with different maturation cycles, vinified and aged separately in French oak barrels for 8 months. The fusion of both is the result of the finesse and elegance of this wine.
ABOUT THIS WINE

It is carried out in two separate stainless steel tanks since two completely different clones participate in the cutting, one of them provides structure and color and the other subtlety in the aromas, both differ by one week in their maturity cycle.
Fermentation at a controlled temperature, with few movements, the post maceration extends for 8 days keeping the must warm.
