Guardado Syrah

You could enjoy our Guardado Syrah from San Juan, this week. 

The region is very warm and dry, perfect to grow the Syrah variety .The region is famous for its high quality Syrah. Different aromas and characteristics are evident  depending on the conditions in which the wine is grown: it could be really floral when it young and take on spicy and animal aromas when it aged. 

This one  is from Bodega El Guardado, offering aromas of blackberry, black pepper and violet as well as red fruits and spices mixed with chocolate.
