We are fully committed to the Data Protection Act 1998, and dedicated to the privacy of your information. When you register at Latin Wines Online or when you make a purchase through our website, or through our call center, we collect personal information from you. The information is used to enable us to process and deliver your order. By registering your details on our website, you consent to Latin Wines Online maintaining, recording, holding and using personal data collected about you. We may also use the information to send you offers we feel may be of particular interest to you.
We do not share your information with any third party unless legally instructed to so.

Prices and Payment
All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfill your order, checked details and stock availability and despatched your goods. We do not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order.
If your billing address is from a non-EU country, but the delivery address for your products are within the EU, you are not exempt from paying VAT and the appropriate VAT rate will be applied to your total bill when we process your payment.
We aim to deliver our orders between 1 and 5 working days from date of ordering within the UK only. Delivery cost is £7.99 per order to anywhere in mainland UK. We use a Parcel Service for all our deliveries and only delivery within the UK.
Delivery is Free for all orders over £ 80.00
IMPORTANT NOTE: Since April 2020 and until further notice, due to logistics disruptions, we may take more than 5 working days to deliver. Please also bear in mind that for the following postcodes below may take also 10 working days, as we use different Parcel Service to keep our delivery costs on the basic level.

For these post codes we may need to quote additional delivery costs after the order is placed.
A signature from an adult, aged 18 or over, is required by the Courier on delivery. If there is nobody in when the courier arrives they will leave a card for you to contact them to arrange redelivery. If they haven't been contacted within three days they will return the goods to us. We can then arrange for redelivery but this will incur an additional delivery charge. Once the wine is delivered following your delivery instructions, it becomes the recipients responsibility. After a failed second delivery attempt by our courier due to the recipient or their represenative not been at the delivery address or where our courier is unabel to gain access to the delivery address where the recipient has previously agreed access and or having arranged an agreed date, time and place between us and the courier fails; any subsquent delivery attempt(s) maybe charged for by us in full to the recipient to cover the additional delivery costs.
Please allow an extra 2 days for delivery on any order placed when exceptional weather effects our couriers.
All our wines, spirits and beers are stored at London City Bond, the most renowned bonded warehouse in the UK. Storage and temperature is optimal for those products that have been stored for ageing at our warehouse.
Promotions, Offers and Coupons
Latin Wines Online remains the right to cancel, suspend or void any promotion, offer or coupon at any time without notice. Latin Wines Online reserves the right to replace a promotional product at anytime to one of the same value without notice. Anyone who misuses a promotion, offer or coupon to gain financially or otherwise from Latin Wines Online, may have to pay in full the difference of any amount benefited from or lost to Latin Wines Online by the misuse of any or all promotions, offers or coupons, upon request and or return any good(s) purchased from Latin Wines Online in its original pre-sale condition immediately. If any or all good(s) cannot be returned in original pre-sale condition then the good(s) may be have to be paid for in full. Any postage needed to return goods or items to Latin Wines Online due to a breach of these rules will be paid for by the individual or individuals in breach of these rules and will not be refunded at anytime by Latin Wines Online.
We aim to keep all our recommended wines in stock. In the unlikely event of a wine being out of stock, we will email you with the option to cancel your order, change the selected wine, or wait for it to come into stock, and of course provide a timescale. We try to keep our vintages up to date in real time. However, sometimes a particular vintage may become exhausted before we've had the opportunity to amend the details on the website. In such circumstances we reserve the right to substitute the next good quality vintage in place of the one ordered.
Making a Purchase
To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, simply browse our catalogue and click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. After you have finished your selection click on 'checkout' and you'll see a detail of your order and can follow our four steps to finalize your order. By law you must be 18 years old or older to use this site. If you are not at least 18 do not attempt to make a purchase.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Sage Pay. Select your preferred payment method at check out.
All our payments via all credit/debit cards accepted and PayPal, are processed through the secure system of PayPal. You will be transferred to PayPal's website during the payment process and processed in a secure server using secure sockets layer (SSL), and then back to our website once the payment is processed. We also accept and process payments of most major credit and debit cards using Sage Pay.
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund, provided all bottles are unopened and intact. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in a salable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Unfortunately, we won't be able to reimburse the delivery charge when you have exercised your right to cancel your order.
Green Ethics Policy
We work closely with our family run producers both in South America and Europe and we have done since the foundation of the company, it is what our company ethic is built on, so we understand the negative impact business can have on the environment and our responsibility to it.
We have employed a strict green policy for a number of years and we will continue to do so, and as renewable and green technologies progresses so will our review process. We believe this is an important responsibility we all have to the environment and we are dedicated to this practice.
We do all we can to reduce our carbon footprint and are pro-active in reusing whatever materials we can, to minimise any impact we have on the environment, not only to keep the costs down of our infrastructure but to help maintain a fair price point of our products as a result.
From the producer to the UK Warehouse: Materials used to pack our products whilst been transported into the UK are reused when distributing to our customers in the UK or removed and recycled, wherever possible.
From the office: When sending out our products directly from our office we only use packing materials that are freely available for our customers to recycle at home. In and around our offices both in the UK and South America we reuse any materials we can, and recycle where possible, what we can’t reuse.
All our packaging materials come from sustainable sources wherever possible. And we would encourage all of our customers to recycle any packaging containing their orders received from us at all times.
