TASTING NOTES 

·       Made using Charmat method (second fermentation in stainless steel tank)

·       Stays on lees for 3 months prior to bottling

·       Pale yellow in colour, tinge of green

·       Floral – with white flowers & green apples on nose, hint of candied fruit

·       Decent mousse and plenty of smallish bubbles

·       Clean, dry, fruity and fresh on light-bodied palate

·       Crisp apple flavours, with sweetish hint of nougat or lemon sherbet

·       Decent finish lingers a little.
