Cllimate: Wide temperature range. Low humidity, constant winds and low rainfall.

WINEMAKING:

Grape variety: 100% Merlot

Fermentation:14-16 days. Traditional fermentation. Controlled temperature, 26-28 C

Aging: Aged for 2 to 3 monthss in Oak barrels (20%)

TASTING NOTES:

Color: deep red with hints of purple.

Aroma: fresh, loads of red fruits, tomato leafs and eucalyptus

Mouth: nice tannins, medium body, fresh and balanced

Alcohol: 13.5 Vol

Acidity: 5.4 g/l

Sugar: 1.76 g/l
