Pale yellow colour with fine bubbles; citrus notes, together with orange peel and baked bread notes. Fresh and vibrant in the mouth with a light aftertaste of almonds. Perfect with fish, salads, oriental, spicy food and blue cheese.
Tasted this at a local restaurant and loved it so then sought it online. A great prices and a lovely Bubbly with tons of flavour.
