Pale yellow with greenish and pinkie highlights. Fresh mineral with a touch of white flowers and pears, lemon, citrus, passion fruit. Unique complexity. 

Can be served alone or with sushi, seafood or even blue cheese as its acidity can stand for it or even dessert. Fantastic with most Asian food!
