Achillea flowers, the purest essence of Paraje Altamira is revealed.

For this wine, we selected grapes from the plot containing the highest proportion of rock with a high calcium carbonate content. We carried out cold maceration with 10% whole bunches and spontaneous fermentation. The wine was then aged for 20 months in French oak foudres.
