We have prepared a mixed case with 6 wines which come from different producers and regions within Argentina, giving each wine its own personality, within the so acclaimed AWARDED malbec style. 

Calle Contastini 2021, Paraje Altamira Mendoza

With a dash of 7% Petit Verdot, this Malbec is expressive, with good fruit flow and stands out from many others with its own very personal spicy and floral touch. With a refreshing attack, it flows tightly towards a full and juicy mid-palate. Medium bodied with firm, chalky tannins, it displays an elegant style while also demonstrating modern winemaking (£27.49)

Son Vida Malbec 2018, Paraje Altamira

An elegant Malbec, with rich purple tones, a mouthful of plum and red berry flavours, mellow tannins, and a long finish with hints of spices. Ideal to drink with friends and good company, together with meat and chicken dishes, hard cheeses, or just by itself, for the pleasure of tasting a delicious wine. 12 months in French and American oak barrel, no filtering (£27.99)

Malma Family Reserva Malbec 2023, Patagonia

Intense violet-red colour. Aromas of ripe plums and blackberries with soft notes of violets. The palate shows ripe fruits, prunes, with hints of spice and vanilla. A classy wine for special dinner occasions or popular as a gift. Great with game, steak and seasoned poultry (£20.99)

Malbec de Potrero 2024. Uco Valley in Mendoza

The greatest expression of Malbec from Gualtallary, combining fruit purity and the floral and mineral notes of the terroir. A wine which is both complex as well as being  fresh and easy to drink. Aged for 6 months in French Oak (£17.99) 

Tapiz Reserva Malbec 2023, San Pablo in Mendoza

This Malbec has an intense violet colour, typical of Argentine Malbecs. Aromas of red mature fruit with a marked presence of flowers combined. Touches of vanilla and chocolate. Smooth and balanced on the palate. Velvety and sweet tannins. Aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels (£21.49)

Domingo Moilna Malbec 2020, Salta

Dark scarlet colour with some purple notes. Characteristic spicy aromas. Ripe tannins and full body with lots of character. Elegant with a long finish. Excellent structure. Very complex palate with ripe tannins and a velvety texture (£22.99)
