VINEYARD:

It is a selection of Chardonnay grapes grown on free-standing vines, trained in bilateral cordon with 2 buds per position. The yield is controlled at 9,000 kg per hectare. Well-drained soils with a good amount of medium and coarse fragments, moderately deep, and with very little organic matter.

TASTING NOTES
COLOUR: Clean gold colour.
AROMA: Complex aromas, the fruitiness of pineapple and white fruits, the subtle sweetness of honey, toasty notes from oak aging, and the mineral character derived from the calcareous and clayey soils.
MOUTH: The wine has a creamy texture, a full-bodied mouthfeel, and a well-balanced acidity. It finishes with a long and persistent aftertaste. Overall, it is a perfect synthesis between structure, freshness and elegance.
