FEATURES: This is a very steep area with fresh air at night and very good sunshine. This give grapes a great aromatic intensity and very good health.
FERMENTATION  96% dealcoholized by our proprietary technique to protect the character of the wine plus the addition of 4% of grape juice.

TASTING NOTES Pale, light yellow with tints of green. Expressive nose of tropical fruit, pineapple and pear with some white flowers. Light body and intense acidity, that brings a nice refreshing finish.
