VINTAGE 2017 Grape Varieties Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon
VINIFICATION
Fermented in small stainless steel tanks and aged for 12 months in French oak (60% new). Unfiltered and unfined.
TASTING NOTES
Beautiful, fairly deep and very dark colour.
The nose is complex and very attractive thanks to the spicy and floral notes of Malbec grown at high altitude.
Wonderful acidity, freshness and tension on the palate, underscored by a lovely tannic texture.
Good length, culminating in a beautiful finish.
