At first glance it is a beautiful, very bright golden yellow, clean and especially bright. On the nose, it is intense, complex with a lot of white fruit, even some tropical notes. Pleasant smoked aromas at a lower level of intensity and a multitude of spicy notes. The palate is broad, unctuous, somewhat warm, tasty with hints of white fruit and some stone fruit in the retro nasal. Long and persistent.

Garnacha, Carinyena and Cabernet Sauvignon. This blend of Garnacha, Carinyena and Cabernet Sauvignon has the incredible complexity and character of the best Priorats. A fine, elegant wine, with power. Since the 12th Century, rudimentary columns made of stones - fites - were used as landmarks in the area. After building the monastery Mas Dels Frares in 1450, the Monks of Scala Dei built many fites all around the property and all around the vineyards in order to delimit their land from their neighbours. This land was called Priorat. The wine can be aged for about ten years. Perfect with lamb or asado.

Macabeo - Chardonnay - Sauvignon Blanc - Picapoll Notes of woodland and aromatic undergrowth jasmine and lavender are present. It is a fresh, persistent and seductive wine. Pale colour with green glints, it has an exotic and complex nose with floral, citric and tropical fruit notes. Long and clean finish.
