Harvesting by hand from our own estate that houses a diverse range of micro terroirs, grapes are lovingly transported in 20-kg boxes to the winery, where they undergo a double selection process, using gravity to maintain their maximum purity. By uniting micro terroirs, this special climate, a fully sustainable philosophy and our winemaking expertise, our wines boast a unique identity of the valley that we so adore. The result is a diverse portfolio straddling iconic vintages, modern classics and innovative wines.

TASTING NOTES

Colour Intense ruby red, with black to violet tones in contours. Aromas: Ripe red fruits, figs, spicy by nature (black pepper and cumin) with the aromas provided by the wood such as smoked and Tobacco. Mouth: Intense and sweet entry due to the ripe, firm and intense Tannins, product of a long and slow maturity. Medium to high structure, juicy has balanced acidity and long finish. Recommended of a temperature between 16-18C
