Vineyard planted in 1920/1940. Manual harvest starting on the second week of February.
Fermented with native yiests in concrete vessels. 100% spontaneous malo-lactic fermentation. Kept in concrete tanks. Filtered before bottling. No animal origin products use in clarification, Suitable for vegans, vegetarians and celiac!
TASTING NOTES
Yellow, Golden colour Amarillo. On the nose it shows floral and citric notes with hints of orange peel On the mount it is light and fresh with medium acidity, floral and perfumed after taste.
