Old vines, trellis system, vineyards with environmentally friendly and Sustainable production. Mendoza is a desert, with an arid climate, where it rain very little, ideal For the quality grape plantation. Predominant Sandy loam soil. Average height 700 meters above sea level Irrigation with meltwater from de Andes range. The harvest is done by hand, in small boxes.
TASTING NOTES
Fermentation and aging in concrete eggs, with native yeasts. Natural clarification, small addition of sulfites and bottling. Wine with red fruit characteristics, fresh and easy to drink. Intensity and medium body.
