TASTING NOTES
Made using Charmat method (second fermentation in stainless steel tank). Stays on lees for 3 months prior to bottling. Pale yellow in colour, tinge of green. Floral with white flowers & green apples on nose, hint of candied fruit. Decent mousse and plenty of smallish bubbles. Clean, dry, fruity and fresh on light-bodied palate. Crisp apple flavours, with sweetish hint of nougat or lemon sherbet. Decent finish lingers a little, Elegant & well-presented bottle!

TASTING NOTES
Rests in both French & US oak for 6 months, then 6 months in bottle before release. Produced from vines aged approx. 12 years in Brazil. Bright; very deep inky-purple colour. High concentration of warm ripe dark brambly fruits on nose, overlaid with lighter raspberry/redcurrant notes. Also, an herby character to nose, some leathery notes and chocolate. Black cherry fruit on palate, with traces of vanilla, liquorice and even smokiness. Dry with rich palate, medium bodied, some earthy notes. Tannins quite soft and restrained. Highish acidity, will make this an excellent food wine. Long finish, slightly bitter or sour cherry.

TASTING NOTES
This is a crisp dry white notable for its zingy, refreshing lemon/lime and grapefruit acidity. Subtle hints of peach and saline are discernible on the nose, while the palate is smooth and balanced, underlined by a streak of minerality. Enjoy well chilled as an aperitif or pair with salads, seafood, fish or white meat dishes. Vegan & vegetarian friendly!

TASTING NOTES
Bright ruby-red, youthful, with fresh black cherry and red plum fruit most apparent. The wine is unoaked, so more juicy red fruit on the palate with smooth mature tannins. Medium bodied and with moderate acidity, this is a difficult wine not to like! Ideal with BBQ meats or roast chicken but is a good match too for pizza, pasta and most cheeses. A very gluggable, smooth-drinking Merlot.

TASTING NOTES
Stays for 4 months on lees prior to bottling. Pale yellow with green reflexes. Aromatic on nose - tropical notes of melon, pineapple, peach and a tad floral. Palate also shows ripe tropical fruit, especially pineapple – lacks minerality of Old World ‘Rhine’ Riesling! Dry, with decent level of acidity as with Sinais Sauvignon Blanc, just a hint of spritz on palate. Finish is quite long, with soft stone fruit and pineapple flavours lingering. Elegant, slim bottle, Screwcap closure.

Unoaked, Ripe dark plum and blackcurrant flavours. Elegant, slim bottle, part of wider ‘Sinais’ (‘Signs’) range, Cork closure. Pairing with red & white meats, pasta, pizza and chilli-based dishes. This is a 100% Malbec which has not been aged in barrel. As a result, vibrant, ripe dark plum and blackcurrant flavours dominate in what is a supple, smooth-drinking red. Medium-bodied, highly versatile and very easy to enjoy. Drink on its own or serve with a wide variety of dishes – from red & white meats through to pasta, pizza, vegetarian dishes, cheeses, etc. Vegan & vegetarian friendly.
