TASTING NOTES  Pale yellow colour with fine bubbles; citrus notes, together with orange peel and baked bread notes. Fresh and vibrant in the mouth with a light aftertaste of almonds. Perfect with fish, salads, oriental, spicy food and blue cheese.

VARIETIES Pinot Noir (100%) ALCOHOL CONTENT 11.5% Vol. 

ORIGINS D.O Cava, Catalunya, Spain  PRODUCTION Traditional method or Champenoise Method. 

TASTING NOTES Raspberry pink with fine bubbles. The nose is very clean, with hints of red fruits and baked bread aromas. In the mouth, the bubbles are very well integrated and tingly! Nice red fruit nuances, extremely fresh and a with a light and very pleasant aftertaste.
