PRODUCTIONFermentation: pre-fermentation cold maceration during 48 hours at 5C. Then fermantation starts at a maximum temperature of 25C. Length 15 days, this process is applied separately to grape varieties and then blending is made.
This well achieved combination of Bonarda and Malbec results in a wine with a great color. It is fresh and fruity on the palate. Its sweet tannins and strong taste of red fruits make this wine the ideal accompaniment to large dishes.
