Excellent coloured clear rosé wine with raspberry and blackberry aromas. Dry but generous on the palate. Ideal as aperitif. Pasta, fresh cheese, rice dishes, oily fish, cold meat and grilled vegetables.

TASTING NOTES 

Delicate floral aromas. Underlying mature fruit flavours of blackberry and strawberry.
Tannins of the wine encapsulate this with a meaty structure. Roast meats, stews, paella and creamy cheese.
