This wine comes from vineyards located in La Mancha, at an altitude of 780 meters, with a yield of 9,000 Kg/Ha. The grape variety used is Viura. The winemaking process includes 18 hours of cold maceration, followed by fermentation at 16ºC. Visually, it presents a clean, bright, straw-yellow color. On the nose, it is aromatic, with herbaceous notes typical of this variety. On the palate, it is fresh and pleasant, with a medium finish where the herbaceous notes persist. This wine pairs perfectly with potatoes, fish, and seafood, as well as goat and Roquefort cheese. It is also ideal with basil pasta, fried tomatoes, or vegetables.
3x Don Hugo Red Tempranillo VOL 13%
This wine undergoes controlled fermentation in a stainless steel tank for 10 days. It displays a clean, bright appearance with medium depth and a ruby rim. On the nose, it offers good aromatic strength, showing markedly fruity and ripe berry notes. On the palate, it is structured, with fine tannins and is very well balanced. The finish is pleasant, with lingering ripe fruit notes. It pairs well with any kind of meat, and is excellent with grilled or fried potatoes, mushrooms, or ham. It also complements tasty or oily fish such as tuna or cod, as well as medium-aged cheese and berry-based desserts. It goes nicely with rice dishes and all kinds of pasta.
