Light yellow-green colour. Melon, peach, and apricot with some lemon/lime citric notes. Unoaked, dry, medium-bodied with ripe tropical fruits, soft and well-rounded. Highly versatile, works equally well with salads, seafood and fish or white meat dishes.

3x Fausto Tannat 2010

Very deep purple-black colour. attractive perfumed dark fruits with some oaky and leathery notes. Richly concentrated black fruits overlaying spice and coffee flavours. Medium-to heavy bodied but supple nonetheless, with noticeably well-rounded tannins. Spicy or very well-seasoned red meat dishes, especially beef or venison.
