Monastrell / Mourvèdre (100%)
A gastronomic rosé with work on fine lees, a partial malolactic fermentation and a fraction barrel-aged in French oak.
Pale salmon colour with aromas of peach, stone fruit, orange peel, dried flowers and spices. On the palate it is unctuous, syrupy, medium-bodied with an intense aftertaste.
Pairs well with Mediterranean cuisine, lighter Summer fare, oysters and shellfish as well as Asian-inspired cuisine. Excellent with sushi.
