TASTING NOTE

This wine shows succulent plum and cherry fruit aromas with a gentle whiff of dark chocolate and pencil savings. Packed with plum, black cherry and a touch of leather. White pepper and spice follow through to a velvety mouthfeel with a modest tannin grip and well integrated tannin finish.

VINIFICATION

Components of the wine were oak matured for eight to ten months.
