WINEMAKING

This is El Porvenir's emblematic Torrontes. They have been making this wine since 2004 and it is the result of 3 different harvest days in search for good acidity, freshness, intensity in the aromatics, and nice weight in mouth. Each harvest (with 2 weeks apart approximately) gives the wine this characteristics, and the result is a wonderful Torrontes.

TASTING NOTES

Wine of elegant colour with shades of bright greenish yellow. Fresh and fruity character, intense and typical, with an interesting floral aroma that brings memories of roses. Great character with nice citric notes. Excelent structure, balanced and with a very nice acidity.
