Chacra La Papay is a line that, although it receives its name from an old pioneer woman from Patagonia, stands out for its freshness and primary notes.
Region: San Patricio Del Chañar - Patagonia Argentina. Latitude: 39º south.
Climate: Great thermal amplitudes. Low ambient humidity, constant winds and little rainfall.
Type and composition of the soil: Ancient Pleistocene terrace. Not very deep and well drained soils. Coarse fragments.
Varietal: 100% Pinot Noir.
Aging: Short aging in barrels of 20% of the wine.
TASTING NOTES
Color: Bright garnet red.
Aroma: Red fruits, strawberries, with a subtle note of plum.
Mouth: Fruity, round, balanced acidity. Smooth and elegant
