PRODUCTION
After pressing the grapes, extraordinary concentration of sugars and level of colouration, which undergoes partial alcoholic fermentation obtained by adding "alcohol vinico". Oxidative character that add aromatic concentration and complexity, keeping freshness and fruitiness.
TASTING NOTES
Ebony colour with hints of iodine. Rich aromas, dominated by sweet notes of dried fruits; raisins, figs & dates. Accompanied with aromas of honey, syrup and fruit; accentuated by coffee and chocolate. Long delicious finish.
