Narbona blend 001 is a blend of two different grapes and different vintages that together combine fantastic freshness and fruit with a unique complexity that creates this secret wine.
Nowadays in the wine world sometimes people create certain pre concepts about origins, grapes and expressions so we want to keep this blend in secret to open consumer’s mind and play with the most important thing in the wine: its essence.

TASTING NOTES
Intense violet color with ruby hints. It remembers fresh herbaceous flowers with slight toasted notes. Full bodied and persistent wine. The freshness given by acidity stands out together with well integrated tannins. Astringency is enjoyable in the mouth becoming very elegant and complex.
2013 HARVEST
Manual harvest in boxes of 15 kg, after we do a selection of grapes at entering the winery obtaining grains in excellent health and optimum maturity.
FERMENTATION
The most is fermented in stainless steel tanks at temperature controlled 24-28 ° C. One of the wines remains in French oak barrels for 10 months while two years pass until the second wine, which provides freshness and vivacity to the maturi- ty of its partner, is produced.
Once the blend is made it remains bottled for 5 months for their characteristics to merge.
