PRODUCTION
Manual harvest and sorting of clusters and grapes. Aged for 19 months in new French oak barrels. Aged for another 27 months in the bottle before releasing to the market
TASTING NOTES:
Violet hue characteristic of its age with very good intensity. The nose is wonderfully clean with aromas of ripe red fruits well integrated with the wood. On the palate, we find good tannins, a medium body and nice, balancing acidity. A lengthy and harmonious finish.
