White pepper and spice follow through to a velvety mouthfeel with a modest tannin grip and well integrated tannin finish. TASTING NOTES This layered Sauvignon Blanc shows prominent aromas of passionfruit, cut grass and peppers. The flavour on the nose follows through on the palate and the palate is fresh, zesty, well balanced with a linear acidity and fruity finish.

TASTING NOTES Light straw colour with lifted aromas of ripe peach and nectarine complemented with decent lick of vanillin oak. The palate is soft and creamy and exhibits ripe stone fruit with integrated oak and a gentle, very long finish. This more full-bodied wine pairs well with creamy pastas and risotto. With grilled chicken and hard cheeses such as Parmesan.

TASTING NOTES Bright red with crimson hues. A youthful medium bodied Shiraz that exhibits juicy berry fruit flavours with layers of spice and a soft tannin finish. Gentle yet generous, fruit driven soft juicy Shiraz that can be enjoyed with a plate of Antipasti, lamb kebabs, warm duck or with your salad and favorite pizza. 

1x Il Volpetto Chianti DOCG 2023 Tuscany, Italy / Blend of 75% Sangiovese, 15% Canaiolo. The vineyards are in Toscana, in the province of Florence, 200-400 meters above the sea. The grapes are destemmed and gently crushed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25°C with macro-oxygenation that lasts for 12 days. Frequent pumping occurs throughout fermentation to extract colour and achieve soft tannins, followed by malolactic fermentation. The 8uice is left in contact with the skins for 10 days. 

TASTING NOTE Volpetto Chianti is well structured and full bodied, lively and intense. To be served with red meat, roast, pasta with meat sauce and cheese.

1x Dea Del Mare Montepulciano D'Abruzzo DOC 2022 Abruzzo, Italy / 100% Montepulciano D'Abruzzo. The grapes are destemmed, then gently crushed, to achieve the right balance between colour and tannins. Frequent remontage takes place before and during fermentation to obtain optimum colour extraction and soft tannins. The grapes are left in contact with the skins for 15 days prior to racking. Specially selected yeasts are added to start the fermentation which is temperature controlled at 26-28°C for 10 days. After racking the wine is inoculated with bacteria to induce malolactic fermentation at 20°C for 20-30 days.

 TASTING NOTE Purple in color. It is the quintessential Italian red, capturing the intense aromas and rich, robust characteristics typical of the Abruzzo region. Spicy, with cherry flavors, full, rich and well-rounded. Perfect with rich, meaty pasta dishes.
