VINEYARDS CHARACTERISTICS:
Planted in 2015. Essentially calcareous soils.

VINIFICATION:
Traditional fermentation in stainless-steel tanks, 20% of whole-clusters. Indigenous yeasts

HARVEST: Hand-picked in boxes of 15 Kg.

AGING: 6 months in french oak barrels of second and third use

TASTING NOTES:
Sensual and elegant wine. Fresh red fruits show up. Very equilibrated in mouth.

FOOD PAIRING:

Ideal to accompany risottos, summer salads, semi-hard cheeses, pastas with mild sauces and dishes whose power does not overshadow the subtleties of this great varietal.
