Red cherry color with lila nuances. Intense nose, great complexity as red fruit notes appear, especially strawberry and cherry, then evolving to blackberry with fig. Slight notes of toast from the “crianza” in french oak barrels. Fine and fresh in mouth, great balanced structure, minerality. An elegant long lasting taste, good with lamb, asado, pheasant.
