PRODUCTION

Aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. 

TASTING NOTES

This Malbec has an intense violet colour, typical of Argentine Malbecs. Aromas of red mature fruit with a marked presence of flowers combined. Touches of vanilla and chocolate. Smooth and balanced on the palate. Velvety and sweet tannins.

    Honest and reliable Malbec with body and fruit

    I first had this at an Argentine steak house and it impressed me so much (at that price point) I looked for it online and found it here at LWO; it is dark and alcoholic, quite rich, rounded and with well-balanced body; red and dark fruits are developed with a bit of oak and soft tannins. Improves with a half hour decant. I think is smashing value and great with bbq steak/lamb - this is the second time I have bought a case from LWO.
